Town tune plays multiple times simultaneously

Issue Town tune will play multiple times simultaneously.

How to reproduce Leave computer in sleep mode and miss at least two town tunes. Wake up computer and town tune should overlap.

Expected behaviour Missed town tunes should be ignored and not play at all.

Current town tune settings

• [ENABLED] Play your custom town tune on the hour

• [ENABLED] Play your custom town tune regardless if the music is paused

Other settings that could be of an effect

• [ENABLED] Allow for music to play when Chrome is closed
