Suggestion: Website/Webstore music #134
Description
When entering certain websites the music would switch from standard music to more speciality themed music of locations, a door bell with town tune could play as the music fades in and out. Of course this feature could be disables by the user, however enables options could be set to varied occurances, such as always, sometimes, rarely etc. Additionally if the user felt the site shouldn't trigger this change that could blacklist it by right clicking the extensions hotbar icon or in settings. Examples of sites that could trigger this effect could be:
- Tom Nook theme Amazon, Ebay, Aliexpress, Walmart
- Museum theme Wikepedia
- Re-tail tune Etsy
- Town Hall Tune Government Websites
- Shampoodle Barber or hairdressing services & booking website
- City Theme (City Folk) Google maps, bing maps
- Auction House Harmony (City Folk) ebay [products up for auction], general auction sites
- Redd's Shop Theme Facebook marketplace, craigslist, gumtree
- Katrina's Shop Theme Spiritual related sites such as fortune telling, witchcraft etc
- GracieGrace Chime "High Fashion" sites such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Supreme
- Island Themes Vacation services
- Police Station Theme Police/Public Service websites, profile/site security settings
Additional bonus tracks or features could be:
- Title Theme when first opening the browser whilst the extension is enabled, once the user leaves the home page this will not play untill their next session. Meaning if the browser is closed, device goes to sleep or turns off.
- Main Menu Theme (Where you would speak to Isabelle / Rover to launch the game)
- Video Game Themes (items & furniture audio) played once when entering related sites like nintendo store or opening a page with "zelda" in the url / Played when chrome dino (the no wifi dinosaur game) appears
- TV Soundbites when opening select sites a breif soundbite could play then fade out from a related TV which appears with TV furniture. Of course like all others this could be disabled or set to be only occasional to prevent frustration every time a buzz feed article is opened. An example of sites could be Weather for weather forcasts sites, then you can include ball game, cooking, news, talk etc for all relevant sites. Furthermore if the user reached an invalid url, the static soundbite could breifly play.
I'm confident that I'm missing a fair few tunes / themes but I'm sure that the general idea can be understood by now.
To finish, if this were possible, it'd be nice to also provid users the ability to assign websites of their own choosing to certain themes or songs. Similar to the effect of villagers have their own KK songs playing.
