I will publish this weeks a beta release that supports angular and material v8

I am preparing v2 that supports Angular V8 and the latest version of agm.

Since I am currently migrating the build process from gulp and rollup to the native angular cli build process for libraries... the release will take a little bit time in consideration..

@doom777 @brandon-barker v2 is now live

In the next minor release I would update the build system of the library to improve the bundle size and performance
