Submit consent language to consent collector

With vanilla-cookieconsent, there is currently no way to read consent language.

We must wait for  https://github.com/orestbida/cookieconsent/pull/761 ~to be merged~ to be released in upstream, then implement it in [`src/consentCollector.ts`](https://github.com/lmc-eu/cookie-consent-manager/pull/371/files#diff-a45e8e526439143295b2e4303b553721785074868b79c02b1be1fe7511e09b8bR25 )
