Direct log file to stdout for engines in Kubernetes deployment

There is a detailed log file in /tmp/gs-engine.INFO in engine pod,
and frontend.log and executor.log for interactive instances in /var/log/graphscope.
if we could direct that to stdout it would be helpful for debugging and monitoring.
