Convert Across Lile text format to PUZ format. Feature request?

I'd like to be able to convert text files in the Across Lite text format into .puz files. I'm not sure if that is currently possible with puzpy. The text format is documented here:

and the text file looks like:

5-7-2024.txt

Maybe this is simple with the current tool. Thanks.

There's an open PR for this actually #15 . you might try checking it out and see if it works for your case. One limitation is I don't think it supports saving as text. I have a quibble about how the PR adds this functionality which is why I haven't merged it yet. Hoping to get some time to address it.

Thanks! I'll take a look. I just want to convert the text format to puz or jpz without having to open Across Lite before I do the puzzle in @thisisparker 's cursewords.
