what happen with old .dem files ( can be before 2025)

I download demo to cs demo manager, I refresh and see the loading in dem tab, I am sure that the csdmm read 228 files ( 220 files from 1/1/2024 -> 19/10/2024 and 8 file 19/11/2025) but It only show 8, I switch to matches tab and watch a match( match from 2024) then error occur( 2025 is normal). what happen with old .dem file? Does something change in CS2 update? Thank you

i don't think I understand everything (screenshots could help here) but if you are talking about the "Downloads" page where you can see your last MM matches then it's because Steam gives access only to the last 8 games as mentioned here.

Here, you see in in match tab, I have 8 analyzed matches

in dem tab, have 9 files and I am not analyzed the last file, and 9 file are after 1/1/2025

and this, when I refresh, it check all file in my folder, these are 228 dem files in this folder (219 in 2024)

so I don't understand that why CSDM not load all file dem in my replays folder

what is the problem? the number of matches or demos?
you have 8 matches because you analyzed 8 demos, the screenshot of the demos is cut, you should have more demos below the one already analyzed.

i think the problem is the old demos


csdm load 235 demos in E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\replays but only show 16

it looks like your demos are corrupted, could you upload match730_003668967667202523173_1801467887_141.dem?
also check the filesize.

@tuanhth95 your demos are corrupted, the files don't contain any data and the game client can't play it (which is normal since the file contains garbage data):
