Whoops, thanks for catching this! Just to make sure I learn, I take it there was an issue with the publish step for version 1.1.0 due to this metadata tag incorrectly referencing version 1.0.0, which was never published and thus has no equivalent tag on Dockerhub?

We want to reference published docker images in the breaking changes table. This will allow the publish to work and OSS users to know which available versions have which behavior
