What

Redshift to support AsyncConsumer (parallel write/read). This PR should not be merged, it is used as buffer to have pre-release versions rolled out and fix any bugs

Overrides the getSerializedMessageConsumer that uses the AsyncConsumer

🚨 User Impact 🚨

Because serializedMessageConsumer does not include the isValidData method that throws away records bigger than 16 MB it will cause loud failures. This is intentional and Airbyte should never just log records that are too large but rather inform the user because the sync is marked as successful but there is lost data
