What

Fixes issue #14711 and move rootUser and rootPassword to minio.auth

How

Fixes uses Yaml anchors to ensure that the name of the minio secret always matches
the names configured in the logs. In addition, the rootUser and rootPassword is moved to minio.auth because this was ignored by minio before and the default minio settings were used instead (see https://github.com/bitnami/charts/blob/master/bitnami/minio/values.yaml#L90).

Recommended reading order

  1. values.yaml

Instead of using a YAML anchor the existingSecret can be generated using the Release name as it was done before.
