Docs: Fix broken links in markdown files

1. Create a list of the connector file name changes in internal docs and which files they will be changed in. Also include other broken links in internal docs.
2. Post in the dev channel and ask if they can update them or if docs should.
3. Create a list of the connector file name changes that I need to change.
4. Post in Dev channel and tag Evan to get the OK before changing.
5. Make changes in docs.
6. Create PR and merge changes.
7. Run link check again and make sure that all the links with new file names are working.
8. Ask in the dev-infrastructure channel why we are getting 403s on links that are working correctly.
9. Make changes to 403 links -- list changes.
10. Create PR and merge changes.
11. Run link check again and make sure that changed links are working.
12. Replace the 404 links with the new web page address, or remove the links for web pages that truly don't exist anymore -- list changes.
13. Create PR and merge changes.
14. Run link check and make sure links are all working.
