Hi,

I need to sync data Redshift to Redshift using COPY method, but I can't find option to specify ap-southeast-3 as the S3 Bucket Region. The same also applies when I try the S3 Connector. Would you please add it to the list?

As much as I like to contribute a PR, I don't really know how to start, but I'm open to any suggestion. Thanks a lot!
