We should just correct the documentation, remove the constant list of supported data objects and replace that with the simple explanation from section 3

2. Implement 'to be determined' stream

Didn't find anything related to such a notion in SalesForce, could you please add more context here?

We fetch and handle all the possible & available streams dynamically based on:

• User Role & Permissions to read & fetch objects and their data (administration question)
• Whether or not, the stream has the queryable property is set to true, which means it's available for fetch the data, otherwise we will hit the 400 - bad request, or 503 - forbidden in response.
• No other restrictions applied, so we should have the full list of available streams as many as possible (both standard objects & custom ones along with standard and custom fields)

4. Support incremental deletes

We've communicated this part with the assignee of #10155, this should be corrected with PR coming.

I continued his work on #10405 and closed that PR. We should be able to proceed with this issue.
