docs: Add a schema, when hooks are called and in what order

Right now https://faststream.airt.ai/latest/getting-started/lifespan/hooks/ has several notes about the order of the hooks called.

But, I propose to add a schema with:
- All existing hooks
- Their order
- What is available for them and what not
