Describe the bug

I ran into the following error when trying to install Aeraki.

./demo/install-demo.sh: line 44: [: ==: unary operator expected
./demo/install-demo.sh: line 49: [: ==: unary operator expected
./demo/install-demo.sh: line 53: [: ==: unary operator expected

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

run ./demo/install-demo.sh

Expected behavior
Aeraki should be installed successfully.
