A newer version of CLDR is required for JDK 24, without that update in the aqa-tests test material, the following targets fail (and should be temporarily excluded until the tests can be updated).

MBCS_Tests_codepoint_aix_0
MBCS_Tests_locale_matching_zh_CN_aix_0
MBCS_Tests_locale_matching_Zh_CN_aix_0
