This is from the discussion in #7772 and conversation with @redmunds to either move to backlog or have 1.0 milestone issue to perform a UI audit:

• Ensure All Dialog Titles are Title Case. A lot of the file system messages, project dialogs are not Title Case (Error loading project, Unable to rename file, etc...)
• Anything else

Reviewed. Opportunistic for 1.0 -- if @LarZ has time to do a scrub, we can make small tweaks like string fixes. But if we wind up crunched for time or this becomes more involved, it's ok to push out.
