[Linux] Restarting Chrome for Live Preview does not succeed

When starting Live Preview on linux, Brackets tries to kill and restart google-chrome which lists as chrome in ps.

@blister75 This is a known issue. The workaround is to shutdown Chrome before starting Live Preview.

Seems to work great. And I like that my current copy of Chrome doesn't have to be closed.
