[L10N][Japnanes][Overlocalized Shortcut key]: Shortcut key "Space" is overlocalized on Japnanese OS.

Steps:

1. Launch Brackets.
2. Click Edit>Show Code Hints.

Results:
Shortcut key for Show Code Hints is inconsistent with English version. Key Space is overlocalized.

Expected:
Key Space should stay in English on Japanese OS.

As this issue still happening, and it also happens to another new added string Show Parameter Hint, so @jasonsanjose could you please help to take a look at this issue? Here is the snapshot in latest build 0.30.0-8827:

I just want to confirm, is the string ID in question "KEYBOARD_SPACE"? If so, then it's already kept in English for Japanese as "Space". So not sure where the Japanese "スペース" is coming from.

@jasonsanjose This looks fixed to me, "Space" is appearing in English as expected. Maybe the build QE looked at last 20 days ago didn't have the fix yet?

Hi @jasonsanjose , I checked this issue with latest build 0.31.0-9395. Here is the snapshot:

I think the shortcuts of these two strings follow OS language. The environment I used is MAC 10.7 Japanese OS. From jason's snaoshot, it should be on English MAC OS and switch Brackets language to Japanese, so the shortcuts stay in English. In my snapshot, the shortcuts stay in Japanese as the language of OS. I don't think the string ID is in "KEYBOARD_SPACE". So not sure where is the Japanese string from.
