French and Japanese comments in the index.html are in English

Description

When opening the index.html file for French, the comments are in English. Upon further review, all the other index.html files have comments in the given language except for French and Japanese.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open index.html under the fr folder.

Expected behavior: Seeing everything in the given language.

Actual behavior: English comments.

I have translations for the French file but not sure how to share those.

Versions

I am running El Capitan, version 10.11.6 and version 1.8 of Brackets.

Looking at both, the french and the japanese index, this issue should already be closed.
