Brief description of tool

Apple released a macOS 15.5 RC and Xcode 16.4 beta. This probably means Xcode 16.4 is released soon. Do we have any ETA on adding Xcode 16.4 to the macOS runner images?

Would we have any reason to believe adding 16.4 would mean deleting an older version like 15.4 or 16.0?

+1. It seems 16.4 fixed this issue:

/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs/MacOSX.sdk/usr/include/c++/v1/string_view:300:42: error: implicit instantiation of undefined template 'std::char_traits<unsigned char>'
