Is MongoDB installed on Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04?

It appears that MongoDB is not installed on Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04, as commands to return the version return nothing. There is also evidence from this issue: #6626

The software is also not included in the readme for each of these operating systems. However, MongoDB appears under the toolset configuration files:

I was wondering if the software is installed or not, and if not, should the block of code be removed from the toolset files to avoid confusion?

MongoDb is not part of Ubuntu 22,04 and 24.04.
We have rectified this under PR: #11890.
