abp install-libs should work with sub-directories

When I restore the jstree, the resulting folder structure is shown below:

However, there is a themes folder in the jstree in the node_modules, which contains the 32px.png and some other files:

I see that it is flattening the folder structure on copy, which is not backward-compatible with the gulp implementation and not working properly.
