A Trello Power-Up to integrate Trello cards into Toggl time tracking.
To make use of TrektorUp, you first have to configure your personal Toggl API key. To do so, click on Trello Board Menu (Three dots in the upper right corner) -> Power-Ups -> Enabled -> Settings (Trektor) -> Edit Power-Up settings.
Open a card. The card must have exactly one label starting with #
, containing
the corresponding Toggl project. The Toggl project have to exist. Look for the
Power-Ups button section on the right side of the card. Click on "Trek now".
Shortly after clicking, there will be a new card label named "Trekking", that
shows the current tracking task. The Toggl task will be created if it does not
exist.
you can also click on the Trekking label within the top section of the Trello card to start tracking. If there is no Trekking label, you first have to create the tracking task as shown bevore.
- Trektor-Up needs to access a Toggl API key. The API key is used to interact with the Toggl API. The API key is stored in the end users browser storage only. All Toggl API access is initiated and handled by the end users browser. The API key is not transfered to Trello itself or any other third party service.
- Trektor-Up generates Toggl tracking tasks on behalf of the Toggl user linked
to the Toggl API key mentioned above. The Toggl tracking tasks are based on
information attached to Trello cards. To create Toggl tracking tasks, these
data are transfered from Trello to Toggl:
- Trello card ids
- Trello card labels
- Trello card headlines.
- The Trello users are responsible to keep Trello card headlines and Trello card labels free of personal data. Otherwise, Trektor-Up is going to create Toggl tracking tasks that may contain these personal data.
- In addition to the data mentioned above, Trektor-Up does not access or process any personal data.
TrektorUp uses Vite/Rollup for development.
