sorry for the silent... I didn't receive a notification for your issue, and (my bad) I'm not looking very often for these on the repo ;)
Yeah I know that the latest version of ILSpy is using .NET 5+ and I didn't take time to update the plugin.
I will add it on my ToDo-List
