trying to replicate this code with ordered events from a full node leads to negative TVL

I have replicated the logic for swaps, mints, burns and collects from this repo but instead using a full node, with fully ordered event logs Txindex > logIndex, and at  some point liquidity goes negative. Do you know why ? Is it expected that  TVL goes negative as a side effect ? Is it actually possible to get the correct TVL only with the events ?
