Types of edges

Hello! Thanks for your wonderful work and I would like to know what does three types of edges (cell_out, net_in and net_out) mean? Thank you!

cell_out means cell (gate) edges, net_out means net (wire) edges.

For example, in this circuit:
wire w, o;
AND and(.A(...), .B(...), .O(w));
OR or(.A(w), .B(...), .O(o));

Edge and:O->or:A is net_out, and edge or:A->or:O is cell_out.
The net_in edges are just reversed net_out edges, for implementing convolution on nets. For example, for every and:O->or:A net_out edge, there is an or:A->and:O net_in edge.
