Fixes a loop in TMD processing where a function would call itself repeatedly causing memory issues and/or a Stack Overflow.
This .dll can be used in place of any libWiiSharp dll, including replacing the one Sharpii uses and as the .dll Sharpii .Net Core is compiled with.
