1, werewolves don't get double armor.
2. Pretty sure finisher does work on players.

Werewolves so have double armor. The white pelt armor stacks with the natural armor.

White pelt stacking with natural armor and werewolves getting double armor is not the same thing.

I am nut sure what you are suggesting. Do you want the vampire finisher enchantment work on werewolves as well?

Yes the armor stacks, the natural armor has ~16 armor and the white pelt adds 8 armor. Which is slightly higher than normal armor, which is exactly how it is intended.

Sorry, I did a really bad job explaining this

I want the finisher skill to work on player's regardless of faction. I was giving werewolves as an example of player factions
