What license is Bizhawk under?

The repo doesn't have a license at the moment, but most documentation I've seen claims Bizhawk is MIT licensed. Is this correct?

Leaving the repo without license technically leaves everything within copyrighted to TASVideos, and I hope that is not the intent.
