Move the Pre-requisite section outside of the Tabs since it will be same for both Cloud and Self-Host SigNoz after removing the installation pointer from both.

All the comments for the Cloud Section which apply to Self-Host section should be implemented.
Also, the steps which are common for Self-Hosted and Cloud should be moved out of the tabs components to avoid duplicating the content so that the mdx file becomes easier to use.
