Is this project ramping down/dying? There are a lot of pull requests just hanging around :/

@Banandrew @jlukic Is this stale bot for real?

If pull requests and bug reports/issues are going to be auto closed because there are no maintainers..... that kind of seals the envelope on this being a dead project as new contributions are actively discouraged. I was being hot-headed, seeing issues and pull requests auto-closed is concerning, as it's very anti-community. It discourages contributions because it will just be auto-closed anyways and pushes away your strongest supporters, people who have been hoping and wishing the project would become active again.

It seems pretty harmful to the community and those interested in SemanticUI to dismiss issues and discourse because it hasn't been responded to for a period of time, the problems still exist even if the issues are closed... Nevermind pull requests, it's insulting that pull requests would be automatically thrown away if they don't get attention within a month... It's very discouraging.

This makes me sad because I love SemanticUI, have gotten dozens of other to fall in love with it, and even managed to get a few companies to use it exclusively. It's like a slap in the face for trying to push a framework I enjoy...

If the project is back, what can we do to help? You have a (dwindling) community of devs that want to see this succeed. It's almost painful seeing something you know you can help, fix, document, moderate..etc crumble away because no one has the permissions or ability to help out.
