Issue with Article Rating Feedback Component Performance

Hi,

We are using the Article Rating Feedback component in the Customer Portal.
It takes 10 to 20 seconds to display the vote counts on the thumbs up and thumbs down icons.
Additionally, after clicking the thumbs up/down icon, it takes another 10 seconds for the rest of the fields to load.

Since this is a managed package, we are unable to make any changes on our end.
Could you please look into this issue and help resolve it?
