Upgrade needed for components with API versions lesser than 45

Hi,
Due to the requirement from Salesforce on https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.icu_migration_how.htm&type=5
all Apex Classes, Apex Triggers and Visualforce Pages should have API versions of 45 or above. We have a visualforce page 'afl_ArticleFeedbackPage'
from managed package 'Lightning Knowledge Feedback' that belongs to API version 33. Can you please help me with how I can upgrade this component?

we have not received any updates yet, is there any possibility that the new version of the Article Feedback managed package will be released before the Summer'25 release rolled out?
