co.addPowerFilled() does not display unless UI changes sides.

I'm adding power charge to a CO through an action using the addPowerFilled() function, but the CO bar doesn't visually update unless I make the UI change from displaying on one side to displaying on the other side.

This issue also exists for setPowerFilled()

I can update the ui via cheats without any action and I can see in the code that the update is always triggered.
So my guess is you do something weird.
Especially since attacking a unit does nothing else than changing the powermeter in order to update the ui

Very weird. How do you update it with cheats again, so I can test on my end?

Interestingly, if I do this, the error occurs as well. I do not see the power bar get filled up until I force the UI to swap sides. Perhaps there's a setting somewhere that affects this?
