Version 38 build 5, windows 10

Music has weird issues where sometimes it starts in the middle of the song, or weirdly loops or gets cut off now.
This isn't exclusive to a single CO, and can happen to more than one player, sometimes it doesn't happen at all. Then music will often last only 30 seconds now then switch to the next song too quickly. This wasn't an issue prior to 38. It feels random, I don't know how to replicate it consistently, but I've confirmed this happens with several other people. A game restart usually fixes it. Each song also doesn't complete and instead tends to restart when in the middle of the song.

Also codewise nothing changed in those versions. outside of qt at which it would be a 3rd party problem I can't fix

There's some chance I fixed this as well by accident. I discovered a bug in how the game handles music while trying to get .ogg music to work, and the fix for that may have also fixed this bug. Wait for the next build after Beta_38_0_Build7 (the fix was merged after that build, and there hasn't been a build since) and see if this is fixed.
