Make sure Multicall3 is deployed on all supported chains

We use Multicall3 (through wagmi/viem) to limit the number of RPC calls (which improves performance and prevents 429 errors). However, not every blockchain has a Multicall3 deployment. To get the mentioned benefits for all chains, we should make sure that Multicall3 is deployed on all supported chains.

@AlliceVtuberDev sure, would love that. Note that these require smart contract deployments, the process of that is documented in the linked page. Most public RPCs don't allow for submitting non-replay-protected transactions, so the process is probably not very straightforward. So make sure that you know that going in. There are also likely gas costs associated with the deployment. If you send me the deployment transactions, then I can send a reimbursement for the gas costs (after the dpeloyment is done).
