During the installation of the Releem Agent, I’m not sure why I need to restart the server.

It appears that the product functions effectively, and I can observe the latency. However, I believe I may have overlooked something.

Improved the process of enabling and configuring the Performance Schema during agent installation.
Added a check for the values of performance-schema-consumer-events-statements-history and performance-schema-consumer-events-statements-current to determine whether a database restart is required.
The performance_schema_events_statements_history_size variable is now configured during the configuration tuning process.

This improvement helps avoid unnecessary restarts, as in many cases, a restart is only needed to change the variable's value — whereas enabling the required consumers (which are more critical for query optimization) does not require a restart.
