Feature request: approve each network on upload

It'd be nice if the submit handshakes screen had an extra step where it lists all of the networks found in the pcap with checkboxes that let you skip unwanted networks that inadvertently were also in the pcap.

eg.

1. upload file
2. summary screen with checkboxes next to each network
3. click submit
4. only checked networks added to database
