State-preparation sequence for Braket.
* convert task_results IR into a list of probabilties conditioned on pre and post sequence. * changing datastructure to be more serializable. * exporting TaskProbabilities * adding task simulation. * adding TODOs * using filter instead of if statement.
We will soon need to support pattern matching inside other QuEra projects, hence we will put a lower bound on the python requirements to work with this.
