What should we add?

Deprecate addresses as inputs to our solvers in favor of an input bitstring matrix. Users can specify whether they want to run in open_shell mode via solver interface. The solvers can convert to addresses internally from an input bitstring matrix. Users shouldn't need to handle addresses in the vanilla workflow.
