Improvements to #230:

  • when Alt is pressed, hide the pointer (as already done with Ctrl and Shift)
  • when moving the pointer while one of the modifier keys is held down (e.g. press Ctrl and move), the pointer currently blinks because it's being repeatedly hidden and shown
