This seems to be a problem even if you go down to old versions like 1.15.2, which seem to precede the missing texture from 1.16.4. Bot doesn't crash until I join the server, which makes me wonder if it has to do with my own account. In any case, it feels like headless is maybe just broken unless this gets resolved. I'll see if I can figure a workaround. |
same problem |
Have a look at minecraft-assets repo to fix it

had the same problem, why don't move the issue then? |
Did you find a workaround for that? |
Still can't find the corresponding material in the minecraft-assets repo. |
@asadfgglie can you try searching for it there? https://github.com/zardoy/mc-assets/tree/gh-pages?search=1 upd: i can see it's also not there (its logical since all of these repos are raw export of assets) afair it was caused some hardcoded code here not because of mc assets issue |

Hello, there is a missing texture starting from version 1.16.4 which is called cape_invisible.png which has to be in /public/textures/1.16.4/entity
Without this texture it's not possible to use headless mode starting from version 1.16.4.
here is a little screenshot :
