Boiler deleted all my Heroic steam shortcuts

**Describe the bug**


**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Add shortcuts with heroic
2. open boiler and import new games
3. restart steam
4. heroic shortcuts are gone
5. 

**Expected behavior**
boiler shouldn't disturb other shortcuts or it should support heroic
