There are some more that aren't just formal and will require comparing / aligning with source docs.

@fbaumgardt, do these fixes concern the CTS only?

I believe so. Examples are cases in which the subdoc is attached to document_id and vice-versa. I don’t remember that sentence and word ids were affected.
