Consider disabling terra progress bars

One of the stages in get_stac_data() -- I suspect but don't actually know if it's terra::mosaic() prints a progress bar that can't be controlled via progressr. As this progress bar doesn't really represent when you can expect your function to be done, and isn't controllable from the user side of things, it's probably worth turning it off.
