Touches up the Abandoned Engineering Satellite

What Does This PR Do

With reference to the original engi sat map:

• Adds dead plants where there used to be potted plants.
• Adds vendors where there used to be vendors.
• Moves the carp plushie to the correct position.
• Adds a floodlight and heater.
• Adds a box of lightbulbs, a red toolbox (old).
• Adds an empty box of donk pockets.
• Adds a stack of metal, glass, and wood, and a flare.
• Adds a missing poster spawn.
• Adds a missing light.
• Rebuilds the cyborg recharger.
• Adds a missing linen bin.
• Adds a missing zippo lighter.

Also:

• Makes the solar array functional and provides a SMES for it to feed.
• Converts the upper airlock set into an airlock helper.
• Because of the above, the APC now starts with charge.
• Converts the blue toolbox into an old toolbox.
• Adds grilles to the external windows.
• Adds glass to the external airlocks.
• Changes the access of some doors to account for the fact that atmos techs exist.

Why It's Good For The Game

Ruin polish to remove crust is nice.
