What Does This PR Do

The damage modification from a lens will impact the damage of BSG aoe and arc revolver chains

Why It's Good For The Game

If you increase a BSG's damage, aoe damage should go up as well.
This is especially true if you mod your BSG to have double fire rate and greatly reduced damage, your AOE shouldn't escape unerfed.

Same for the arc revolver

Testing

Testing the BSG with a damage increasing lens and a damage decreasing one.
Testing the arc thrower with a damage increasing lens and a damage decreasing one.
