What Does This PR Do

Changes overlapped hotkeys for procs in seed sorting tray and portable extractor, making possible to use all of them (from inhand use to Ctrl+Shift+Click for seed sorting tray and from Alt+Shift+Click to Ctrl+Shift+Click for portable seed extractor). Also makes descriptions clearer.

Why It's Good For The Game

• Ppl could drop seeds from seed sorting trays with 1 button;
• Ppl could switch gathering metod for both portable seed extractor and seed sorting tray.

Tested it on my local server, hotkeys works just right.
