What Does This PR Do
The stun effects on mech punches now knockdown instead. The heavy mech knockdown is 6 seconds, the light mech knockdown is 4 seconds. Mechs that didn't stun still don't knockdown.
Additionally, stamina damage equal to the brute damage dealt is now applied.

Why It's Good For The Game
Mech punches from combat mechs are currently a devastating, round-ending stunlock. This is in stark contrast to the rest of the combat system and its intended direction. Knockdown is still a significant effect (good luck surviving against a mecha), but at least it is possible to try and do something about it. Stamina damage was added, because getting punched by a mech probably knocks the wind out of you a little bit, and it makes mech punches remain very threatening.
Changelog
🆑
tweak: Mech punches now knock down instead of stunning, and deal stamina damage equal to brute damage dealt. Heavy combat mechs knock down for 6 seconds, light combat mechs for 4 seconds.
